ARE YOU LOOKING AFTER SOMEONE?

HERE FOR YOU WHEN YOU NEED HELP AND SUPPORT

A caring role is a demanding one, with many rewards but also many challenges. We provide a space for carers at our Carers’ Hub which offers a wide range of services, activities and events that will help you in your caring role.

Whether you are a parent of an autistic child, an older carer, a carer for someone with dementia, a parent carer of an older child, or whatever your circumstances, we will seek to provide services that will enable you to look after your loved one as best you can.

The Carers’ Hub is a space for all carers to drop in for any information and advice. Our support workers are experienced in providing information on a wide range of benefits, grants and other services that will support you as you care for your loved one.

At the Carers’ Hub there is a space for you to sit and relax, to have a cuppa, join a wellbeing class or meet with other carers in a support group.

We have a café space, a large activity room and soft seating for you to enjoy a few hours away from home in a welcoming comfortable space.
