HEALTH & WELLBEING ACTIVITIES

MONDAYS, TUESDAYS AND WEDNESDAYS ARE OUR WELLBEING DAYS

Our new Wellbeing programme has now restarted, come and join us when you can.

The day is planned so you can come to a morning activity and stay for a soup lunch, or come for lunch and stay for an afternoon activity. Or just drop in for an activity or lunch depending on your available time.

For the month of September we will be doing some gardening sessions on Monday afternoons and the Chair Yoga will restart in October.

There is no need to book these sessions, but do text Ruth the day before if you need a lift to the hub: 07908 993456.
