Unpaid carers are a priority for the COVID-19 vaccine. The information below will tell you where you are on the priority list. Unpaid carers aged 16 - 64 are included in group 6 on the priority list for the COVID-19 vaccine. Unpaid carers aged 65 and over will be offered the vaccine earlier as they are included in groups 2-5 which cover the whole population aged 65 and above. Scottish Autism Live Advice for Parent Carers
Scottish Autism has launched a series of weekly ‘live’ advice sessions designed to tackle the challenges carers and family members of those with an autism spectrum condition (ASC) face during COVID-19. Parents are invited to forward questions in advance, not during the session. Questions can be emailed to events@scottishautism.org by noon on the day prior to each event.
