COMMUNITY CARERS LIMITED will be held at 11am on Thursday 25th of September 2025 at
26 Penston Road, Glasgow G33 4AG to consider and if thought fit approve the Special
Resolution set out below:-
“THAT the company approve and adopt the regulations contained in the articles of association
attached as the articles of association of the company in substitution for and to the exclusion of
the existing articles.”
