Our Homecare Service is looking to recruit sessional workers who can provide flexible support to our service users who need extra support with daily living.

You will need to be a committed, caring person who can support individuals with a variety of needs, some of them complex. You will treat our service users with dignity and respect and will appreciate the importance of providing high-quality person-centered support, both in their homes and out in the community.

We operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and our support ranges from 30-minute visits to round-the-clock care.

Although preferred, no care experience is necessary for these positions, but we are looking for people who want to develop their career with an organisation committed to achieving outcomes for the people we support. This is an excellent opportunity to make a change in your life and in that of the people we support. The work can be challenging but extremely rewarding.

A driving licence would be an advantage but is not essential.

Our Homecare Service is looking to recruit a Team Leader.

The person will work as a member of the senior team providing care and support for service users. The correct candidate will also plan safe working practices for the home care team whilst providing leadership, instruction, and supervision for a team of care workers. They will also supervise the delivery of care, and prepare detailed care plans, ensuring that they meet the individual needs of the service users and that the quality of care meets the highest standards.

A driving licence is essential.
